I have 2012 Caprice 6.0L V8.
My car began acting funny.
In spite of being very busy, the proprietor at Automotive MD took the time to reassure me that although my car is slightly unusual they can handle it.
They were actually working on a 2014 Caprice PPV at the time I dropped my '12 off.
These cars were only made from 2011-2017 for police fleets, mine was a New Jersey State Trooper vehicle.
Automotive MD made me feel at ease, explained their fee structure, and I dropped it off on Monday April 3rd.
They called back within hours with a diagnosis.
They said the transmission just needed to be flushed and tuned
AND
The engine issue was because when the previous garage did the DoD delete etc, they had never bothered to finish up their work, failing to replace some old trunion gears out for new ones.
I was very blessed and I'm glad I took it to Automotive MD.
Automotive MD took good care of my car.
They retuned the transmission and flushed and filled it.
They removed the old wrong engine parts and put the correct parts in.
Since the repair this car runs better shifts smoothly and the acceleration is phenomenal.
The price they quoted was fair, and I would recommend them to anyone.
That was 2023.
Today 9/9/2026 I had some more work done and they did an excellent job again!
After they dynotuned my Caprice today it made 402 HP.
That's 65hp more than in 2023!
I still recommend them highly.

Firstly, I'm not an easy customer. Patience is not one of my virtues. I tend to fixate on issues that don't even exist, but these folks changed all that. They kept me updated with photos, virtually every time they turned a wrench on my 04 Corvette. They are meticulous, if not downright anal about the work they turn out. They do the job right the first time, no do-overs. Their pricing is more than fair compared to other shops in the OKC Metro that specialize in high performance vehicles. I 100% trust these guys to work on my Corvette. There are some other performance shops in town who could learn a thing or two from Automotive MD's business model. They stand behind their work. I plan on having them do a Stage 2 engine upgrade after the first of the year. Living in Midwest City, it's a bit of a trek to their location, but it's well worth the trip. Having owned multiple Corvettes over the years and being the recipient of shoddy repairs at one time or another, I can honestly say without hesitation, Automotive MD stands head and shoulders above virtually any other repair shop in the OKC Metro that I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

We love Automotive MD we’ve used them multiple times it’s always fairly priced and we never have to worry about it not being fixed properly or being charged unnecessarily. We absolutely recommend them for all your vehicle needs!

This place is awesome. Daniel specifically was very kind to me and answered every question i had about my Silverado's tune. He also notified me that my driver’s side engine mount was torn and caused my engine to rattle. He additionally informed me that my brakes were worn out and needed replacing. Thank you 🙏. I will return for service in the future.

Bought my 2015 C7 in with long tube headers and no catalytic converters. It was running extremely rich and had a rough idle and occasional misfire. Talked to Daniel and he brought me in same day and had it running beautifully the next day. Awesome, knowledgeable shop and fair prices.

Super nice, professional and trustworthy. Took my 2020 equinox to have starter replaced and they did the work very quickly and at half the cost of what I had been quoted at other places. Took a 2nd car to him to diagnosis, turned out to need a new motor that I couldn't afford to fix and they didn’t charge for the diagnosis. Amazing place and people. Will always take my cars here and recommend others!!

My 93, 40th Anniversary Corvette quit running for me in June. I had a local mechanic look at it and they replaced, water pump, Omni-spark, and fuel pump. They told me ECM was possibly going out. I took the car to another mechanic in OKC and after searching 2 months I found a ECM I purchased for $1k. This did not fix the car and the mechanic kept it for six months trying to figure out what was wrong . I finally called Automotive MD and had it towed to them. Within 2 days they had my car running again! I picked it up today and it runs great. I have an appointment in two weeks to have other repairs done no one else would fix. Highly Recommend !
